Content Lead (2018 - Present)

• Worked with instructors who taught a variety of electives courses; including Art, PE, Dance, Spanish, Creative Writing, Media Technology and Theater
• Served as a liaison between content instructors and school leadership, which allowed me to address any questions or concerns on behalf of my team
• Fostered a culture of collaboration so everyone's voices were heard
• Arranged and coordinated partner planning with content counterparts across the district
• Mentored new teachers on our team
• Hosted bi-weekly content meetings to address questions, concerns, current/upcoming events, and any new initiatives handed down from school leadership
• Collaborated with the team to transform our winter and spring concerts into fine arts showcases that feature every elective content
