NJHS Faculty Council Member (2016 - 2017)

- Collaborated with other members of the Faculty Council; along with the Chapter Adviser to achieve the following:

• Create our chapter's bylaws and constitution
• Identify potential applicants based on pre-established criteria
• Participate in annual induction ceremonies
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings
• Work with students to carry out items on the meeting agenda 

NJHS Chapter Adviser (2017 - Present)

- Collaborated with other members of the Faculty Council to achieve the following:

• Amend chapter bylaws as needed
• Identify potential applicants based on pre-established criteria
• Host annual induction ceremonies
• Host bi-weekly meetings
• Introduce parliamentary procedure to assure all voices are heard
• Create an agenda for each meeting
• Work with students to carry out items on the meeting agenda 
• Expand service opportunities in our school by helping students identify any needs the school community may have
• Expand service opportunities abroad by helping students identify needs in their local community, as well as partnering with local organizations
• Initiate a schoolwide Paper Retriever program to help raise money for the school, as well as help the environment
• Facilitate more student-led activities to maximize engagement and joy factor
